BCI FINANCIAL

MiddConn is pleased to offer Reverse Mortgages to our members.  We have partnered with BCI, an independently owned and operated Connecticut business, which provides an array of loan services.   BCI is based in Cheshire, CT. 

Reverse mortgages are available to qualified members 62 years of age or older. Reverse mortgages give you the opportunity to access your equity from your primary residence with no monthly payment. National studies have indicated that homeowners have 60% of their net worth in their home and a reverse mortgage gives you the ability to access it.

DISCOUNT POWER

MiddConn partnered with Discount Power in 2010 to offer reduced electric rates to our members.  Discount Power offers discounted rates to both residential and commercial customers.  If you currently use CL&P or UI you can save up to 20% on the electric generation portion of your bill.  CL&P or UI will still provide the servicing and billing but you get the lower electric generation rate offered by Discount Power.

Enrolling is easy.  Click on the Discount Power icon or stop by our office for an enrollment form.  It's that easy.   Discount Power is offering a very competitive fixed rate of $.0809 per kilowatt hour for CL&P customers.  They also offer variable rate plans for those of us who are more adventurous.
